Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning- Route and Pin Quality

Design, implement, and evaluate ML models to improve pickup/drop-off point selection and route quality, considering walking, safety, traffic, and user preferences.
Build and refine simulation and evaluation infrastructure to quantify impact and accelerate development cycles.
Analyze large fleet datasets to identify opportunities, engineer features, and develop new metrics guiding product direction.
Collaborate with TaaS, Onboard Router, and Pullover teams to ensure a cohesive and optimal user experience.
Own the full software lifecycle from ideation through testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
Demonstrate strong C++ expertise and track record deploying ML models on large-scale data, with SQL-based data extraction.
