Lead and expand strategic national accounts to drive profitable sales and long-term partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and execute joint strategic account plans, closing gaps in service, product availability, installation services, and marketing.
Identify customers' long-term goals, uncover pain points, and propose upsell and cross-sell solutions.
Build relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate renewals and pricing updates, and coordinate post-sale follow-up.
Guide field leadership, participate in industry forums, and gather market insights to inform strategy.
