Assist onboarding and pre-employment processing, including preparing offer letters and initiating background checks.
Process I-9 forms and complete E-Verify submissions for new hires.
Perform basic HRIS data audits and maintain complete, accurate employee files.
Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and IT to enable smooth new hire setup and changes.
Support termination processing and routine personnel changes, updating records as needed, and handle clerical tasks.
Provide responsive HR support to employees and assist with HR-sponsored activities and ad-hoc projects.
