Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the design, development, and optimization of large-scale, real-time personalization and recommendation systems powering customer experiences. Build scalable ML pipelines and real-time inference services, transforming experimental models into production-ready solutions. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and platform engineers to productionize models and enhance infrastructure. Champion best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring to ensure low-latency performance at scale. Design robust data and feature workflows, including real-time feature processing and, where applicable, feature stores and embeddings.
