Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing, based near Pottsville, PA, reporting to the Plant Controller.
Drive monthly close, P&L, capital base, and operational cash flow reporting with strong internal controls.
Provide actionable financial analysis to plant management and line leaders to guide strategic decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles while monitoring manufacturing KPIs and cost data.
Reconcile inventory movements, standard costs, and capital expenditures; participate in inventory counts and asset tracking.
Position offers a path to Controller with exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and executive reporting.
