Logistics & Transportation Specialist

Coordinate and oversee export orders from start to finish, working with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead distribution planning, including denied trade screening, transport mode and route selection, weather checks, and packaging instructions. Develop and manage third-party relationships and related agreements to support efficient logistics. Ensure compliance with incoterms, freight classification codes, and import/export documentation to meet regulatory requirements and enable prompt customs processing. Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify delivery requirements and design logistics solutions that balance service levels with cost. Drive continuous improvement in cold chain logistics, packaging, and regulatory trade practices while tracking KPIs related to speed, visibility, quality, and cost.
