Identify and cultivate new strategic business opportunities to drive growth in turf maintenance equipment within a Florida territory.
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets while maintaining and expanding the dealer network and servicing current partners.
Develop end-user demand through product demonstrations, cold-calling, networking, and targeted outreach to golf courses, municipalities, schools, and contractors.
Collaborate with dealers to deliver training, product line reviews, and ongoing sales and service support to ensure customer success.
Plan and execute market development activities, engage with local associations, and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Travel extensively (approximately 70%), manage CRM records, and maintain integrity, time management, and a customer-centric approach in all activities.
