Lead and scale the Ads Marketplace Quality team's auction and ranking platform to optimize ad relevance and user experience.
Define and execute the technical vision for auction design, utility functions, and measurement across the marketplace.
Own end-to-end delivery: roadmap execution, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Engineering.
Drive hiring, mentorship, and career development while establishing processes to improve product quality and SLAs.
