Lead the Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) Product Line, guiding strategy, execution, and long-range planning for the ERP portfolio.
Serve as subject-matter expert on environmental restoration, regulatory compliance, and communications with DoD leadership and field stakeholders.
Plan, assign, and oversee work for approximately 30 engineers and geologists, including budgeting, staffing, and performance evaluation.
Oversee contractor investigations and restoration efforts, review work for finalization and payment, and participate in contractor selection and award fee processes.
Develop and implement business processes, environmental execution standards, and metrics to track program health and outcomes.
Lead strategic planning documents (Environmental Business Plan, Annual Execution Plan, and Resource Allocation Plan) and ensure effective management of program funds.
