Identify waste and inefficiency in production processes and design efficient systems that integrate people, information, machines, energy and materials.
Develop manufacturing routes and equipment to coordinate production planning, reduce costs, and ensure products meet quality standards.
Create and maintain production routes and process flows to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and space utilization.
Review production information, schedules, process flows, and engineering specs to assess methods and activities.
Design control systems to minimize production issues and project costs while maintaining safety and quality guidelines.
