Own the detailed design, performance, qualification, and production readiness from concept through prototyping and testing.
Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and external vendors to ensure smooth product launches.
Develop functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
Apply mechanical engineering fundamentals and CAD expertise (SolidWorks) to enable rapid prototyping and reliable hardware.
Show cross-functional leadership in an Agile environment, with thorough documentation, problem-solving, and cradle-to-grave ownership.
