This is a founding backend role that designs and builds the systems orchestrating AI models, data, users, and product experiences under real-world constraints.
Design and implement backend services for AI-powered apps and integrate LLMs, vision, and speech models.
Build orchestration pipelines (agents, tools, and workflows), and implement prompt management and versioning.
Develop evaluation, logging, and feedback systems to monitor quality and performance.
Design scalable APIs for mobile and web clients, and handle retries, caching, rate limits, and fallbacks.
Ensure security, privacy, and cost control while delivering reliable, scalable systems; requirements include 4+ years of backend experience and hands-on AI model integration with Python, Node.js, or Go and REST/gRPC API design.
