A mobile electrician provides electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple commercial sites within Birmingham and surrounding areas. They are responsible for managing their workload independently, carrying out inspections and testing in compliance with regulations, and diagnosing faults efficiently and safely. The role involves travelling between sites, maintaining accurate records of work and certifications, and participating in an on-call rota every 6 to 8 weeks. Candidates must hold relevant qualifications including 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, Inspection & Testing certification, and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a temporary to permanent contract with structured on-call duties, working around 40 hours weekly in a varied commercial environment.
