Lead high-energy Les Mills formats group fitness classes, delivering safe, effective workouts and a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Greet members on arrival, arrive prepared, and ensure the room is ready for class.
Demonstrate movements safely, cue clearly, monitor performance, and offer modifications for various fitness levels and abilities.
Adhere to post-class procedures including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a clean and safe space.
Provide excellent customer service, respond to member needs, and build community by engaging and motivating participants.
Maintain current format certifications and CPR/AED, and stay energized with ongoing professional development.
