Industrial Engineer II position based in Chatsworth, CA—on-site with a Monday-Thursday schedule.
Lead and execute value stream mapping, labor standards, capacity modeling, bottleneck removal, and Kaizen-driven improvements.
Deliver manufacturing engineering support across machining, composites, finishing, painting, and electrical testing, including process/tooling development and NPI support.
Analyze KPIs (throughput, OEE, WIP, cycle time) and design optimized factory layouts and material flow to balance lines.
Requirements include a bachelor's in industrial or manufacturing engineering, 3–8 years in manufacturing, Lean expertise, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), and cell layout/fixture design.
Preferred: aerospace exposure, Six Sigma Green Belt, and ERP/MES experience.
