They should have proven ability to learn new business domains quickly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or REST Assured, and familiarity with cloud architectures and continuous integration are essential. Knowledge of testing principles and experience in non-functional testing are required, with desirable skills including API and microservices testing and familiarity with cloud-based platforms.
