Lead full-cycle driver and mechanic recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Utilize ATS systems and industry networks. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements. Experience with Tenstreet, ADP, or similar systems.
