The role
Human Resources Manager:
Lead full-cycle driver and mechanic recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Utilize ATS systems and industry networks. Coordinate benefits, employee retention, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven HR/recruiting experience in transportation or trucking. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements. Experience with Tenstreet, ADP, or similar systems.
