Take ownership of end-to-end transport planning across the UK and Europe, coordinating shipments from booking to delivery.
Manage customer enquiries and bookings by phone and email, and provide quotations for UK, EU, and airfreight movements.
Plan and track shipments using the transport management system, and source reliable, cost-effective suppliers.
Offer alternative transport options to meet deadlines and handle urgent situations, including line stoppages and time-critical deliveries.
Communicate clearly with warehouse, operations, and accounts teams, keeping customers updated and resolving issues proactively.
Close jobs accurately with PODs and documentation uploaded, maintaining data integrity and supporting continuous improvement through KPI monitoring.
