Collect, analyse, and report logistics data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Prepare daily to monthly MIS reports on KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, stock movement, inbound/outbound, and transport costs.
Maintain dashboards in Excel and BI tools; monitor SLAs, turnaround time, and service levels; identify variances and root causes.
Extract and validate data from WMS and ERP systems; ensure data accuracy and drive process improvements.
Provide actionable insights to improve delivery performance, inventory optimisation, and warehouse productivity; support ad-hoc reporting.
Ensure documentation and data confidentiality; collaborate with warehouse, transport, and planning teams.
