Conduct day-to-day construction estimating to develop accurate project costs and competitive bids.
Analyze project documents and prepare material takeoffs for Preconstruction Services to drive bid readiness.
Collaborate with estimators and cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Canada to support bids.
Utilize 3D modeling tools and data sets to improve takeoff efficiency and bid accuracy.
Partner with Preconstruction Managers and vendors to deliver on-time, high-quality bids.
Requirements include 7+ years in construction estimating, advanced Excel, blueprint reading, 3D modeling (Bluebeam), and strong mathematical skills.
