Lead science solution design and experiments to advance NLP and CV capabilities for sensitive content detection and mitigation in Alexa+.
Serve as a tech lead for a team of scientists, driving novel algorithms, experimentation, and scalable deployment.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, data annotators, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, policy alignment, and robust model development.
