The role involves facilitating performance management cycles, conducting training sessions, handling employee relations, and administering payroll and benefits accurately. Candidates should be organised, discreet, and skilled in resolving complex HR issues, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and bilingual legal document handling. This position requires at least one year of HR experience, preferably with UK operational expertise, a CIPD qualification, fluency in Chinese and English, and valid UK work rights.
