Under direction, perform advanced electrical engineering work for transportation facilities, including design, analysis, and documentation.
Assess electrical systems, document capacity and limitations, and prepare technical reports.
Design electrical systems for new facilities and rehabilitation projects; develop drawings, specifications, and cost/quantity estimates.
Supervise engineers and technicians; review consultant submittals and contractor work for compliance with plans and specifications.
Act as resident engineer on major capital projects and as oversight engineer on in-house maintenance and repair initiatives; plan phases and address construction challenges.
Ensure safety compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide clear technical analyses, reports, and recommendations.
