Seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer SME with deep AWS expertise and advanced Python development to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud environments for modernization of complex, interdependent systems.
Lead discovery, legacy analysis, and migration planning using the 7 Rs framework to guide phased modernization roadmaps.
Architect and implement Cloud Infrastructure with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation), secure networking, high availability, and disaster recovery aligned to governance requirements.
Develop Python-based cloud components including serverless functions, orchestration utilities, data validation/transformation, and automation tooling, with CI/CD readiness.
Enable cloud-native applications using Lambda, ECS/EKS/Fargate, Glue, Aurora/PostgreSQL, S3, and Batch; assess serverless vs containerization by workload.
Own DevSecOps, observability, operational readiness, runbooks, cross-team integration, and compliance artifacts for ATO readiness.
