Lead the transition of IT operations from a shared services model to internal management.
Establish, document, and enforce standardized workflows for onboarding, offboarding, asset lifecycle, and service requests.
Administer Windows and Linux servers, AD/Azure AD, M365, Intune, and backup systems with a focus on security and reliability.
Manage networking, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access; monitor health, patching, and maintenance windows.
Provide Tier 2/3 user support, hardware/software provisioning, asset inventory, and vendor coordination.
Support office relocations, hardware refreshes, DR/BC planning, and process modernization in a compliant environment.
