Champion data ownership and accountability across engineering teams to ensure data responsibility.
Design and build scalable pipelines and tooling to automate governance policies such as PII tagging, data classification, and lineage.
Define and enforce paved paths for data quality and compliance to empower teams with self-serve access to trusted data.
Identify opportunities to optimise existing data for quality and regulatory alignment, while staying current with industry trends.
Coach and mentor less senior engineers and collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and Data teams to advance governance practice.
