Construction Estimator

Provide on-site construction cost estimates for multiple EPCM projects, focusing on changed conditions and client pricing for scope changes.
Coordinate with home office estimators on larger estimating efforts and lead labor and material cost estimates for new and altered conditions.
Interpret plans and specifications from conceptual through 100% Construction Documents and generate quantity takeoffs and pricing for Electrical and Mechanical divisions.
Review specifications, sketches, blueprints, bills of materials, and subcontractor quotations; assist with contractor negotiations as needed.
Collaborate with design and construction management to fully understand changed conditions and prepare and maintain historical cost data.
Work onsite in Woodlawn, TN; requires US citizenship, valid driver's license, ability to travel, and strong Excel and estimating software skills.
