As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will optimize and advance manufacturing processes with a strong focus on fine wire coating operations. Design and optimize coating processes and equipment configurations, considering product requirements, environmental impact, and economic performance. Test, control, and optimize coating solution chemistry to consistently produce high-quality products meeting customer and internal standards. Develop, validate, and transfer new or improved coating processes from laboratory/pilot scale to full production, ensuring equipment qualification and commissioning. Collect and analyze process and quality data to characterize performance, identify root causes, and quantify improvement opportunities. Create and update SOPs, and apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process stability, reduce variation, and improve safety and overall operational performance.
