Lead and scale the software and robotics engineering organization, focusing on architecture, reliability, and delivery across motion planning, kinematics, cloud, and distributed systems.
Translate ambiguous biological and manufacturing constraints into clear technical roadmaps, driving minimum viable solutions and maintainable systems as the team grows.
Bridge research and production by partnering with R&D to stabilize frontier robotic features for commercial deployments.
Define and refine SDLC standards, code reviews, release management, versioning, and documentation to ensure high-quality software in regulated environments.
Own reliability strategies, advance testing with simulations, integration tests, and hardware-in-the-loop testing, and balance feature velocity with technical debt reduction.
Lead talent development, scale the team from PD units to GMP-capable operations, foster a collaborative, high-trust culture, and partner with hardware, product, and biology leadership to align roadmaps with physical constraints and customer needs.
