The role
A Business Analyst is sought to lead systems modernisation initiatives within a logistics environment in Liverpool, focusing on core platform consolidation and SaaS integrations. The role involves analysing operational processes, stakeholder engagement, and documenting functional requirements, user journeys, and process maps. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and vendors, to design and implement effective solutions, supporting change management and process standardisation. Strong experience in logistics or supply chain systems, particularly with legacy platforms and SaaS solutions, is essential. Technical skills should include process modelling, requirements engineering, and familiarity with SaaS implementations. The position demands excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational abilities.
