The role
Develops and monitors comprehensive web presence strategies to ensure a consistent, cohesive online footprint across all managed sites.
Manages editorial calendars and web style guides to ensure timely publication and brand alignment.
Writes, edits, proofs, and posts website content, coordinating with internal and external authors and WordPress plugins.
Monitors web analytics, conducts keyword research, and performs SEO optimizations to improve search visibility.
Supports content development in WordPress, including page design and taxonomy organization.
Collaborates with marketing and web teams to deploy effective social media campaigns and support customer service initiatives.
