Senior Sales Negotiator
Own and drive the full property sales process from valuation to completion. Proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations. Negotiate best prices and terms, handling offers and coordinating with buyers and solicitors. Upsell a range of services and consistently meet weekly targets and KPIs. Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, confident, and well-presented approach. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:30pm with alternate Saturdays; driving license preferred.
