The role
You will own projects from ideation to production, leading the design and deployment of applied ML models for modeled personalization, ranking enhancements, and game taxonomy. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and backend engineers; mentor junior engineers; conduct A/B tests and experiments to iterate and optimize algorithms; stay current with state-of-the-art techniques and adapt them to the platform's unique characteristics; design reliable, high-performance distributed systems.
