The role
Lead product discovery, delivery, and iterations for risk management, compliance, and ethics capabilities across segments.
Gather business requirements and user insights, translating them into actionable engineering work and prioritized roadmap items.
Partner with data, technology, and design teams and key stakeholders to reimagine and improve enterprise-wide compliance solutions.
Own the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, with a focus on human-centered design and measurable outcomes.
Apply five foundational pillars—human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership—to drive value.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to mitigate risk, enable near-term and long-term value, and continuously learn.
