The role
Design and run experiments across search and display channels (Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, Facebook, Instagram) to test bidding, ad structure, and creative changes.
Analyze large experimental datasets, develop optimization models, and translate insights into action.
Build dashboards for account managers to monitor performance and impact.
Lead A/B testing initiatives and interpret results for business impact.
Operate independently on complex projects and mentor junior analysts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to new product features and market changes.
