The role
A Digital Construction Manager is responsible for delivering BIM and digital construction strategies across projects, working with diverse teams and stakeholders. They coordinate digital activities, manage information standards, and support project teams with BIM implementation, including clash detection and model federation. The role involves developing BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance with digital standards, and promoting technological adoption within construction projects. The candidate should have experience in digital construction management, be familiar with COBie, ISO 19650, and have excellent coordination skills. They must be proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in stakeholder engagement to ensure project digital objectives are met.
