The role
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and processing frameworks to support analytics, experimentation, and decision-making.
Establish data quality standards, validation, and monitoring to ensure data integrity and readiness.
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end data solutions; drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
Improve ETL/ELT processes with automation and operational excellence; evaluate emerging technologies to meet evolving business needs.
Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions, manage multiple projects, and ensure secure, compliant data usage.
