The role
Oversee the full project procurement lifecycle for engineered equipment and related services, from sourcing to delivery.
Analyze requisitions and bid packages for completeness and quality, prepare commercial bid tabulations, and issue recommendations.
Lead supplier negotiations, coordinate technical evaluations with engineers, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Develop bidder lists, issue inquiries, and ensure purchase orders include terms, scope, pricing, shipping, warranties, and signatures.
Coordinate inspections with third-party agencies, manage transportation logistics, and provide planning data to project controls.
Review invoices, expedite materials, resolve non-conformances with sellers, and monitor supplier performance for continuous improvement.
