The role
This full-time Maintenance Operative role covers planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in the region.
Work includes plumbing, joinery, decorating, minor electrical tasks, and general repairs.
You will conduct fire safety, legionella, and compliance checks to meet legal standards.
Operate the CAFM system to log tasks, manage your workload, and ensure SLAs are met.
Travel between sites with a provided van, manage stock and equipment, and maintain safe, comfortable environments.
We value practical, proactive multi-trade professionals with strong communication, problem-solving, and a can-do approach; a full UK driving licence is essential.
