The role
Support the supply chain management and GPO teams with legal counsel on contracts.
Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts including services, supplier, and third-party agreements.
Review modifications, draft memoranda, and prepare procurement-related correspondence.
Analyze contractual requirements and terms to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies while meeting business needs.
Identify risks and provide balanced legal and strategic business advice; collaborate with internal sales, sourcing, finance, and account management.
Negotiate with external parties, report contracting status, and handle modifications and additional duties as needed.
