The role
Lead the design, implementation, and iteration of next-generation agentic AI platforms.
Own end-to-end ML engineering tasks, including LLMs, pre-training, post-training, and RL components.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams (research, software, product) to translate research into robust, scalable features.
Build production-grade models and systems that meet performance, reliability, and customer value expectations.
Apply proactive, strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to advancing agentic AI capabilities while engaging with customers and stakeholders.
