The role
Lead the design and implementation of core ML systems powering next-generation AI agents.
Own the full lifecycle from problem framing and data strategy to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Build and evolve LLM-powered frameworks, including RAG pipelines, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deeply embed agents into the platform at global scale.
Apply hands-on expertise in emerging agentic architectures while ensuring reliability, explainability, and production-readiness.
Mentor and lead ML engineering teammates, drive development lifecycles, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
