The role
Lead end-to-end payroll for a multi-state population, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing.
Manage benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, disability, 401(k), and leave) across the organization.
Serve as primary liaison with payroll and benefits vendors; lead annual open enrollment and communications.
Audit payroll and benefits data regularly to maintain data integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment, tax, and wage laws; implement required adjustments; support year-end reporting (W-2, ACA filings, 401(k) testing).
Collaborate with HR and Finance on system upgrades, process improvements, and organization-wide initiatives, while delivering responsive employee support.
