The role

The Program Financial Analyst supports a government program office on a large, multi-year space initiative, focusing on budget, cost control, and forecasting.
Works on-site with Program Managers and finance teams to identify and resolve funding and invoicing discrepancies.
Performs what-if analyses to project cost impacts of staffing changes, supplier delays, material cost growth, and technical scope shifts.
Reviews Basis of Estimates (BOE) and Earned Value Management (EVM) data, emphasizing cost metrics like CPI to validate cost accounting.
Tracks budget obligations, expenditures, and funds run-out dates across multiple contracts, delivering timely reports.
Requires active TS/SCI clearance with Poly, advanced Excel and financial analysis tools, and strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced, team environment.
