The role
Perform data analysis across LIVE-related domains such as watching experience, creator ecosystem, agency management, and algorithm improvements.
Design and monitor a metrics framework to measure product health and identify root causes of metric movements.
Conduct scientific evaluation using statistical methods, including A/B testing and causal inference.
Identify growth opportunities through data analytics and collaborate with PMs, ML engineers, and researchers to drive product and strategy improvements.
Research data science theories and methodologies to improve analysis efficiency and the usability of data products and tools.
Qualifications: pursuing a Master’s in Math, Statistics, Data Science, or ML; proficient in SQL and Python or R; strong analytical and causal reasoning with clear communication.
