Head of Finance

Lead all financial management as the sole finance professional in a fast-growing technology business, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Own day-to-day finance activities, including AP/AR, payroll, VAT, reconciliations, and month-end close, while implementing scalable processes. Develop and present monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and board packs to inform CEO and board-level decision-making. Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on business planning, pricing, commercial initiatives, and growth scenarios supported by robust financial modelling. Drive investor readiness and support due diligence for fundraising, acquisitions, or exit opportunities. Lay the groundwork for a future finance team through scalable systems, policies, and process improvements.
