This role focuses on handling insurance coverage matters across professional liability, general liability, and D&O policies.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience.
Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, drafting briefs and memoranda, and supporting trial and settlement strategies.
The position offers both independent work with minimal supervision and collaborative work within a team across offices or a virtual office.
A strong academic record and superior research and writing abilities are required.
Salary ranges from $175,000 to $250,000 based on relevant experience.
