The role
This role involves applying business analysis techniques to understand and improve complex processes within large organisations. The successful candidate will elicit and analyse requirements, define user stories andAcceptance criteria, and support process improvements using tools like BPMN and wireframing. Building strong stakeholder relationships and working within Agile teams are essential, as is experience in public sector projects. Candidates should have a track record of working on major transformation programmes and mentoring junior analysts. Knowledge of GOV.UK Service Standards and UK government security requirements is highly desirable, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
