The role
Design, build, and deploy advanced data science and machine learning solutions to optimize payments, focusing on fraud prevention, AML, risk assessment, and user experience customization.
Translate complex business problems into data-driven approaches, selecting models, features, and evaluation metrics that deliver measurable impact.
Own the end-to-end model lifecycle—from data processing and labeling to training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration—while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to improve robustness, automation, and generalization of risk and payment solutions.
Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies, including deep learning and large language models, to enhance payment data insights and decisioning.
Operate in a fast-paced fintech environment, delivering scalable, interpretable, risk ML solutions that drive business value while maintaining high standards of privacy and ethics.
